Here is the GOP platform for Creek County, OK (tip to James Stack for this gem):

In order to educate citizens and legislators on the values of constitutional, conservative, limited government, personal responsibility, traditional and family values, and faith in God as expressed therein, the Creek County Republican Party strongly urges those of like mind to adopt the following planks of the 2013 Republican Party Platform.
The Creek County Republican Party believes:
1. God is the Author and Creator of life and that all human life, both born and unborn, should be protected.
2. Life, liberty, and property are natural rights granted to us by God and protected by the Constitution.
3. In limited government, individual liberty, and personal moral responsibility.
4. In the freedom of religion without government intrusion or interference.
5. People are sovereign; governments are creations of the People, by the People, and for the People.
The Creek County Republican Party:
1. Supports a strict interpretation of the Constitution and a return to the limited form of Republican government that the Founding Fathers envisioned.
2. Calls upon elected officials at all levels of government to take necessary and appropriate actions to repeal existing laws which violate personal freedoms guaranteed in the Constitution, such as the Affordable Care Act.
3. Affirms the intent of the 2nd amendment right to bear arms as a protection against tyranny and opposes any infringement of those rights in any capacity.
4. Urges the deployment of the American Armed Forces by only a Congressional Declaration of War as per the Constitution.
5. Opposes efforts to create any treaty or agreement that would compromise the sovereignty of the United States.
6. Believes in the sovereignty of the United States government from international bodies such as the United Nations and opposes the implementation of any international treaties which subvert the intent of the Constitution such as Agenda 21.
7. Demands a stable and sound currency, free from inflation and debt, created and controlled by Congress as authorized by Article 1, Section 8 of the U. S. Constitution and opposes the current Federal Reserve System.
8. Affirms the sovereignty of the state of Oklahoma, under the 10th Amendment of the Constitution, which states that “powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
9. Supports public expressions of faith such as “In God We Trust” as our national motto, “one nation under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance, and “So Help Me God” in our oaths of allegiance.
10. Supports the separation of powers as outlined in Articles I-III of the U.S. Constitution and opposes any encroachment of one branch upon another.
11. Believes that federal judges should use a literal interpretation of the United States Constitution as the only source of their
judicial authority.
12. Upholds the rights of private property owners and opposes the taking of private property through eminent domain without
compensation based on the fair market value.
13. Opposes all government interference with private property, such as confiscation or nationalization.
14. Supports returning control of school curriculum, administration, and discipline to the local level.
15. Supports steps that would lead to a full parental choice education system, permitting parents/guardians to choose public or
private school, including home education.
16. Believes that the collection and use of taxes should only be for the purposes of the government as outlined by the Constitution.
17. Believes that the United States should eliminate all foreign aid, which is used to manipulate foreign governments.
18. Believes that we should welcome people who want to legally seek freedom and opportunity and who will embrace our values, learn the English language, and respect our national sovereignty.
19. Affirms support for the state of Israel and its right to exist with secure and defensible borders with Jerusalem as its eternal capital.
20. Opposes the use of drones against American citizens on American soil.
I would say that this is largely a Ron Paul platform.  I am encouraged that some Republicans are openly stating things like the Fed ought to be abolished, or that Agenda 21 is injurious, that foreign aid is a tool for intervention, that a declaration is necessary for war.  However, we need controls on federal spending to cut down on the debt.  I want to also thank the Platform Committee of the Creek County Republican Party:
Jonathan Hall (Chairman), Mark Hall, Ed Lebeau, Vicki Martin, Andrew Probst, Dean Snyder, and Louise Weatherford.  I would have stated several terms a bit differently but the general theme of the platform is sound.
