Agenda 21 – ICLEI Update: 138 ICLEI Members Quit ICLEI in 18 Months! We Got ’em On the Run!

The War on ICLEI and Agenda 21 – the One World Group of United Nations Globalists who want to decide everything you think, do and say is progressing well!

In the past 18 months, 138 Cities and Counties have seen the light and that number will likely grow by 19 more to 157 as laws in Tennessee, Arizona and Alabama go into effect outlawing Agenda 21 / ICLEI in those states.

Sadly, 63 new members have signed up for the stealth anti-property group that uses pretty words and phrases like “Smart Growth” and Sustainability to trick localities into giving up these rights and submitting to Agenda 21 and the will and law of the United Nations.

It seems that for every locality ICLEI tricks into joining, two more look behind the curtain and drop out. Which means we are winning the war to keep America free and her property tights intact!

The following list was compiled from a November 23, 2010 snapshot from the ICLEI website using the Internet’s “Way Back Machine” and a snapshot of their current member list.

In the below listing, the ones in RED are new members while the ones with the Strike-through  font have left ICLEI. There were several that Virginia Right! has confirmed that have left ICLEI that are still listed on their website as members. These have been scratched on the below list, but there were only 3.

Keep up the pressure! Contact your local City Council or Board of Supervisors to kick these people out of your county. Start by finding out how much of your local tax dollars are going to this group that is fighting to take away your rights. And write in to your local paper and expose the truth.

  1. Sandy sanders says:

There are several names on there I want to find out more – both in and out! Thanks for the Yeoman effort.

    Sandy

  2. Lynn says:

So, enlighten us on how to remove Agenda 21 from within the Frederick County, Virginia "2030 Comprehensive Plan", where portions of the UN document were literally lifted and placed within the County's OFFICIAL building and zoning plan?

The document was added swiftly and without the understanding of Frederick County residents. The Board of Supervisors was less than cooperative when County residents approached them on this decision.

How do residents battle with the Board of Supervisors in Frederick County, Virginia? How do we convince our County to remove this atrocity from within the "2030 Comprehensive Plan"?

    • Sara Noble says:

We have that here on Long Island. We go in large numbers to their meetings. It slows them down but they are already too ingrained. You have a much better chance. NY is done.

      • You get people elected to Board of Supervisors. and you have to go in with a 3 person slate that is well funded. We actually have a somewhat sympathetic BOS here in CA – and we are putting a PRC in place – plus we have slates of 3 people running for city council within the county that have good backing – all of us committed to ousting Agenda 21. It takes more than just going to charrettes and planning meetings – start raising money – it is the only way to combat it

    • The only thing elected officials understand is defeat at the polls. That won't occur until 2015. Until then, cover the field with letters to the editor and citizens time at every meeting until they get the message. Also get yourself appointed to committees and boards that are feeding in or enforcing A 21 stuff.

  3. chris says:

How come some of the strike through counties listed here are listed as member on the ICLEI website?

I am against this ICLEI but would like to know why this is so and if their website is not accurate how can we make them update the ICLEI website.

  4. Gaye Ellis says:

You need to get Rosa Koire’s book, “Behind the Green Mask” and “Sustainable Development or Sustainable Freedom?” from http://www.freedom21.org – this is a 40 page booklet written by Henry Lamb, the godfather of fighting Agenda 21. Rosa Koire is a life-long Democrat, who lives in San Francisco – not that AG21 is a Republican or Democrat issue – just that Democrats are more prone to think that communism is a GOOD thing. http://www.democratsagainstunagenda21.com.

I am preparing a DVD with John Anthony’s excellent presentation – http://youtu.be/fFIcZkEzc8I YOU CAN EDIT THIS AND TAKE IT TO COUNCIL MEETINGS,

Joan Veon’s two-part presentation on Public Private Partnership:
    http://youtu.be/C-qKcWtcbQ0
    http://youtu.be/lZsLvoSyu00

SC Representative Joe Neal on Smart Growth: http://youtu.be/MdsApEe-WJk

and a six slide presentation of the plans set forth in the regional planning “vision” of 2030 – to prove the intent.

These 4 items will total about 31 minutes. DVD plus “Sustainable Development or Sustainable Freedom?” will be given to each county commission candidate. They will be given a questionnaire to tell our tea party their understanding of the major points. “What is a public-private partnership, and how does it destroy representative government?” for example. Their answers will be published in our newsletter and on our website before the election.

As for the ones already in there, feed them small doses of information. You see them at meetings, bring a sheet with some new information. If you give them a stack of papers, you can bet they will ignore it.

And never forget that the UN has never forced us to do anything. Agenda 21 was brought back from Rio by H.W. Bush, the House passed it, but it was stopped in the Senate when they were shown the Wildlands Map. Then Bill Clinton signed the Executive Order that created the President’s Council on Sustainable Development. Never a word about Agenda 21. This Council had all the Cabinet level officials, just like EO 13575 White House Rural Council. PCSD disbanded in 1998, cause the dirty deed had been done – government had been infected with the deadly virus of Agenda 21.

  5. Chad B says:

Grand Traverse County, MI is crossed out yet Traverse City, MI is not. There is actually an Agenda 21 entity called “The Grand Vision” (perfect name right?) which is a consortium of the 5 or 6 county region around Grand Traverse County in which Traverse City is the county seat and largest city in Northern Michigan. I live in neighboring county and I remember back in 2008 when they held “public input” days at our local skating rink/civic center. It was widely promoted to the public and this I am sure was to gain the “consensus” that “this is what the public said they want” tactic. I was not aware of A21 at the time. Listening to Rosa Koire – I am now very aware of what is going on. And this is the plan they put in place to a tee!!! Not so sure GT County is not part of ICLEI. They sure seem like it, and the good thing is we have a county commissioner Jason Gillman, who is a great TEA Party guy that is currently challenging these plans. He is now running for State Rep. He Blogs on rightmichigan.com

    • Bernie Boucher says:

chad, I am also fighting agenda21 right here in Cheboygan, they are not on the list yet, but am writing a book with some of the events that have happened up here. 77k deep in words in just 5 months, just sent a rough 3 chapters to bill haun in Wisconsin.

  6. Temecula CA is NOT an ICLEI city – I have a current email from the Mayor confirming this as of June 14, 2012

  7. Niki Raapana says:

That so many American cities and now states have passed laws removing ICLEI and Agenda 21 planning language from comprehensive plans is fantastic news. That it remains predominantly a partisan “Right” effort to restore property rights is not. The way to engage all Americans, at the level they need to be engaged in this fight for their self-determination, is to put aside ALL partisan politics and skewer the real enemy, communitarians.

Too many leaders on the right would prefer Americans never know Agenda 21 is a Communitarian development program. If you notice only Rosa Koire includes the word in her anti-Agenda 21 platform, and it is only lately that the far right has begun using it too, although they always discount it as “basically communism.”

Communitarianism is the bureacracy, the theology, and the economic system for world governance, of which Agenda 21 is only a part. The new global government is not just communism, it’s the “balance” between communism and capitalism, it’s the “balance” between opposing religions, it’s the “balance” between selfish greed and charitable giving.. and it’s got a lot of support from both “sides” of the phony American debate.

Communitarian is the key word to understanding Agenda 21. It used to be a very obscure word, that’s because it was just invented by Amitai Etzioni in the late 1980s. For 3 decades the communitarians have been slipping it into American history as if it was half the founding of our country. As a review today in the Boston Globe about E.J. Dionnes latest revisionist history book explains:

    {begin quote}

“Starting with the Founders, Dionne shows a “balance” of liberal and conservative philosophies as the historical norm. “[T]he best way to understand the core American philosophy at the time of the Revolution and the Founding,” he argues, “is to see it as both liberal and republican — in our terms, both individualistic and communitarian.

“This is anathema to Tea Partiers, of course, who view our liberal tradition as a persistent infection in the body politic. Dionne disposes of such shortsightedness by efficiently and clearly moving through a series of historical moments over the past 200 years. From the competing political positions of the Federalist papers and the Supreme Court’s stewardship of liberal principles to Bush’s compassionate conservatism, an attempt to reclaim the mantle of community from the communitarian language of Clinton-era Democrats, Dionne skewers the Tea Party’s historical fantasies with a robust genealogy of American liberalism.”

    {end quote}

  8. janef20 says:

There are strategies at democratsagainstUNAgenda21.com. This must be destroyed at the local level.

  9. JesusSaves says:

You are not stopping the UN. It is way too late now. Once you dump the words of God then you have had it. And, this world dumped the pure words of the Lord (AV 1611) over 100 years ago. God gave Noah 120 years and then destroyed the earth. Furthermore, you are now fighting against God Himself. For He said that He was going to GATHER THE NATIONS (UN) in Zeph 3:8, that is all 190+ Gentile nations, “and bind them in bundles to burn” (Matt 13:30). God is so mercifull He gives you and them a 3,500 year advanced warning and what to do about it. Of course, they are are going to reject the warning (Isa 30:28, 54:15; Jer 25:26-31; Joel 3:11; Mic 4:11-12, 5:8-15; Zech 12:3) when the world goes against Jerusalem and Judah.

One last warning: Who can stand against God and prosper? NO MAN!!

  10. Roger Martin says:

At a recent town hall meeting I posed the question ” is the City of South Daytona currently a member of ICLEI and Mayor Locke said “No”. How can I verify if this is true?

  11. Mary Mumper says:

The information about Akron Ohio is not correct. Akron has NOT dropped out of Agenda 21.

    Who published this miss-information?

    Please respond.

    Mary

  12. Jeff says:

I guess my city dropped out but it looks like the city may take on agenda itself or similar plans. I was happy to see my city drop out but as I was going going through links I had opened to see what was going on I came to this. I am not sure what is going on in my city now. We have the high density housing over businesses. Almost all new development has been high density housing.

    Q. 1 – What was the name of the UN Millenium report that changed the name of ‘sustainable development to ‘smart growth’ or something else?
    Q. 2 – I noticed on the Village of Shoreham’s Stormwater reports that Smart Growth and Riparian corridors appeared as best management practice controls. Does that mean that this Village already has UN Agenda 21/sustainable development/smart growth already embedded in Village policy? Can it be left out of the pending confrimation of a Village plan now being written?

  14. Judy says:

Has Shoreham NY ever been a member of ICLEI

THE CANCER IS PROGRESSIVISM – WHICH IS SLOWLY IMPLEMENTED SOCIALISM. IT HAS CONSUMED THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY AND CO-OPTED WHAT WAS ONCE KNOWN AS TRADITIONAL LIBERALISM FOR THEIR OWN CAUSE – RADICAL ENVIRONMENTALISM. IT IS SIMILAR TO WHAT ISLAMISTS ARE DOING TO THE RELIGION OF ISLAM. THEY ARE BEING HIJACKED ALONG WITH THEIR IDEALS, MOVEMENT AND PARTY WHICH ARE BEING STOLEN FROM THEM.
IT IS ALSO HAPPENING TO THE REPUBLICAN PARTY. WHEN SOME PATRIOTS AWOKE TO THIS CANCER GROWING WITHIN THEIR OWN RANKS THEY GAVE IT A NAME – RINO’s – REPUBLICANS IN NAME ONLY. THESE RINO’s ALWAYS SELF-PROCLAIM TO BE CONSERVATIVE. BUT CAN NEVER DEMONSTRATE ANY CONSERVATIVE ACTIONS TAKEN. JUST MEANINGLESS VERBAL DIARRHEA THAT SERVES TO ONLY SELF-AGGRANDIZE RIGHT BEFORE THEY SELL OUT THEIR OWN STATED PRINCIPLES IN A VOTE THAT ALWAYS FAVORS THE PROGRESSIVE CAUSE. A CAUSE WHICH INTENTIONALLY TAKES YOUR RIGHTS AWAY AND GIVES MORE POWER TO THE GOV’T. IN PRACTICE THEY ARE ACTUALLY – CRINO’s – CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICANS IN NAME ONLY.
SOME REPUBLICANS HAVE AWAKENED AND ARE DEALING WITH THE CANCER OF PROGRESSIVISM BY CREATING A MOVEMENT WHICH IS OUTING THE CANCER. IT’S KNOWN AS ‘THE TEA PARTY MOVEMENT’.
THE SAME AWAKENING MUST OCCUR WITHIN THE DEMOCRAT PARTY IF THE NATION IS TO FREE ITSELF FROM THE CANCER OF PROGRESSIVISM. MAYBE THE TRUE HARD-LINE TRADITIONAL LIBERALS WILL AWAKEN AND COME TOGETHER IN A TRULY AMERICAN MOVEMENT AGAINST THE NEW MODERN PROGRESSIVE LIBERAL THAT HAS STOLEN THEIR PARTY AWAY.
MAYBE THEN AND ONLY THEN CAN WE SEE THE REAL COLORS OF A PROGRESSIVE. CAST OUT OF BOTH PARTIES AND STANDING IN THE SUNLIGHT OF TRUTH THE PROGRESSIVES WILL BE EXPOSED AS THE SOCIALISTS THEY TRULY ARE. SOCIAL JUSTICE AND FAIRNESS IS THEIR CLAIM – A SOCIALIST SOCIETY IS THEIR GAME – A COMMUNIST STATE IS THEIR AIM – PROGRESSIVE-ISM IS THEIR NAME.

RE: ELECTIONS. Tell candidates to provide email addresses to contact them with 1 sentence questions or facts. Some people hate social media. I noticed that Taos, NM is a new member. I live 25 miles North of Taos. Does anyone know how they will attempt to confiscate people’s land? Imminent domain or what?

Does anyone know if Louisville, Ky is a member

I can’t tell if the Incorporated Village of Shoreham or its past Mayor Pajicki or trustees Lenn Emma or David and Michael Madigan
are or were members of ICLEI or not. It seems the new administration may unknowingly embed aspects of UN Agenda 21/sustainable development/smart growth in their Comprehensive plan that they are currently reviewing – and already may have it in their storm-water program.

How can one lead them to understand how this new central planning and law according to the international Court of Justice and Laqw of the Seas will prevail if they do – with regional not local enforcement.

    This is scary stuff!

Nothing is more conservative than a republican wanting to get their majority back. And nothing is more liberal than a republican WITH a majority.
