I have been amply critical of the Conservative (Tory) Party in Great Britain. Notwithstanding my concerns that David Cameron is the Tory equivalent of a RINO (Is that TINO in UK?) and is not strong enough on Euro and sovereignty issues, the British Conservatives may be the only electible force worth voting for in UK. I still favour (so to speak) the UKIP and would stand as an MP candidate for UKIP if I had to live in Britain.
But this story from the New Statesman is encouraging. There may be hope for Britain. A strong social conservative contingent in the Tory party might help it greatly. If libertarians and religious right conservatives can find common ground in USA (Can you say Ron Paul?) we can win. We shall see.
