We have been talking about the need for an Appellate Defender in Virginia and I am told by deep background that we could sure use a co-sponsor in the House of Delegates. I want to encourage all my readers to ask their House of Delegates member to co-sponsor the Petersen Appellate Defender budget amendment in the House.
