Eric Cantor to Face Primary Challenge from Floyd Bayne

House Republican Majority Leader Eric Cantor will face a primary challenger in the June 12th Republican Primary contest. According to his campaign, Floyd Bayne has turned in the required number of signatures to appear on the Primary Ballot.

Bayne is a Constitutional Conservative who has previously challenged Cantor as an Independent.

There is no word yet on the possibility of Republican debates in this contest.

    This is good news, because Eric Cantor is clearly not representing his constituents any more (if, indeed, he ever was).
