Eric Cantor Was FOR Amnesty Before John Boehner Was AGAINST It

If I want to know Eric Cantor’s opinion, I just check Speaker John Boehner’s web site. Because they are joined at the opinion. Boehner’s opinion to be specific.

And John Boehner was in favor of amnesty right up until hiz speakership got a primary opponent. And BOOM! He pretends to now be against amnesty.

Something about not trusting Obama to enforce the law if they pass it.

So those of you that were hoping for amnesty, Boehner blames Obama and Obama blames Bush.

Well, I blame Eric Cantor for not having the balls to represent the people in the 7th district in Virginia.

No doubt Cantor will issue a new opinion that is exactly in line with John Boehner’s new flip flop position. I am just curious about Cantor’s new position now that he is being told he is not for amnesty anymore.

From Breitbart:

House Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA) says he is continuing to try to grant amnesty to illegal alien youths via his GOP version of the DREAM Act, known as the KIDS Act.

“We should not be holding kids liable for the acts of their parents,” Cantor said in an interview with the Richmond Times-Dispatch.

Bob Rayner, a reporter for the Times-Dispatch, wrote that Cantor described the push for the KIDS Act, something that would reportedly legalize the status of illegal aliens who are somehow determined to have been brought to America by no fault of their own, as a “one of his priorities.

Will Cantor be allowed to push for amnesty if Boehner gives him a new opinion?

It’s really hard to say. But I’ll go with blaming Cantor for not listening to the voters at home. That is a safe position.
