Did you know?
Out of 20 localities in the Central Virginia area, Hanover has:
The highest paid school principals
The highest paid county workers
The second highest paid assistant principals
The third highest paid teachers
Compensation of county administrator–$200,000
Compensation of county attorney–$250,000
Compensation of school board superintendent–$200,000
Does it look like the monies budgeted “for the children’s” instruction is really going to our children? Or, simply into the pockets of special interests that demand MORE and MORE of your hard earned tax money? Why does a relatively small, semi-rural county like Hanover need to pay individuals these high priced salaries anyway?

Well… does it work? What are Hanover’s test-scores? (I’d imagine probably low, but if they weren’t might be an interesting thing to look into about compensation)
