Is Stolle Dunnavant now Ineligible to run for the Republican Nomination? Or does the RPV Double Standard apply?

Well, I’ll put it out there because it is a question that needs to be answered. But Siobhan Stolle Dunnavant has the political dynasty of her brothers to run interference, so I doubt this will even be considered.

The RPV rules state in Section 1, Qualifications:

4.In addition to the foregoing, to be in accord with the principles of the Republican Party, unless otherwise stipulated by the appropriate Official Committee, a person otherwise qualified hereunder shall not have participated in Virginia in the nomination process of a party other than the Republican Party with in the last five years.

It is now well known that Siobhan Stolle Dunnavant initially considered seeking the Democratic Nomination and even went so far as to meet with Democratic Senators. Read the story here.

Now if this was a real Conservative Republican (as opposed to the RINO fake brand of conservatism) that had considered the Democratic nomination, such a person would have been accused of participating in the Democratic nomination process and purged from the Republican ranks.

But since she is a Stolle, I would assume that , like Bill Janis who ran as an Independent in 2011 and caused a Democratic victory, Stolle Dunnavant will be held to a different standard.

But I am curious. Is this written with such vague language to allow the RPV to apply different standards to different Republicans?

Of course it is! It is how Republicans roll and control!

Could someone please forward this story to Hanover GOP Chairman Nancy Russell, Supervisor Angela Kelly Wiecek, Women’s Republican Leader LIza Bradford, and Treasurer Robert Nelson.

The leadership of the Hanover Republican Committee is obsessed with purging Patriots, Tea Party activists, and conservatives from the Hanover GOP committee by changing the by laws and ATTEMPTING TO RESTRICT MEMBERSHIP. They are no longer embracing the BiG TENT they always “profess” to support.

Exposing Stolle Dunnavant’s violation of the RPV Party Plan just might be the reality check these folks need-
When you remove the conservatives from the Republican Committee in Virginia’s most conservative county- Hanover County-
You might be left with DEMOCRATS-or at least their agendas like Stolle Dunnavant and Marketplace expansion ( Medicaid Trojan Horse)

This is yet another example of your brilliance in Virginia Politics-
No one else exposes the truth better than you do.

Stolle Dunnavant is a double agent- and medicaid expansion is the goal.

Follow the lobby money flowing into her campaign.

I can’t believe Bob Bailie and the Middle Resolution Board of Directors would allow Mrs. Russell to get away with this action in Hanover County? Revising the By Laws to Limit the GOP membership? That’s insane. We need to grow the County Republican Parties, not limit them, in order to win in 2016 and 2017.

I find this post very disturbing. Middle Resolution needs to help remove Mrs. Russell and install a new conservative chairman in Hanover County committed to growing the party like Fred Gruber did when he took over the 7th District from Cantor’s party boss Linwood Cobb.

Mrs. Russell is a hold over from the Cantor administration and she has reached her EXPIRATION DATE.
