After declaring Delegate Scott Lingamfelter’s bid for Lt. Governor dead as far as Virginia Right! was concerned, Lingamfelter’s office contacted me by phone and let me know that it was the Delegate’s intent to vote against the bill and they were in the process of fixing the record.
It has now been corrected and Lingamfelter is still in the hunt as far as Virginia Right! is concerned.
Apparently Lingamfelter was not the only Delegate with an errant record on this vote. Three others have corrected the record.
Delegate Crockett-Stark was recorded as yea. Intended to vote nay. Delegate Kilgore was recorded as nay. Intended to vote yea. Delegate Anderson was recorded as yea. Intended to vote nay. Delegate Lingamfelter was recorded as yea. Intended to vote nay.
