Monmouth University just released a poll that over-sampled Democrats 33% to 27% and shows Obama leading by only 1%.
Rasmussen and Gallup are presently showing Romney leading by 1 and 2 points respectively.
Real Clear Politics has Obama ahead by 2.5 points but they are still adding in 3 polls prior to Paul Ryan being selected as the VP Running Mate for Mitt Romney.
The average of the 3 polls taken since the VP announcement shows Romney ahead by 1 point.
