This photo of the word “ROMNEY” written on a New Jersey beach submitted by Twitchy gave me the hook to talk about something I think could happen Tuesday, and it would be a shocker: New Jersey goes for Mitt Romney! Maybe Connecticut, too. And it’s all Sandy’s fault (That’s Sandy the Super Storm not Sandy the Blogger!)!
I looked at the polls at Real Clear Politics and saw that the NJ polls, wile mostly have the President over 50% (just over) but it is a huge margin of victory. All are pre-Sandy.
With long lines and frustrations high, there could be a backlash against Presidential campaigning while people stand in line for gas. (Hannity said exactly that tonight on TV!) That may also occur in Connecticut, where there is a decent Senate race there. Try these polls for the Senate race! Could the wrestling mogul pin the President down in the Nutmeg State? That would be a fairly early surprise to cover. It’s not as likely as NJ. Romney is running some ads in Philly, and folks in southern NJ hear those ads, too.
Well, I wanted to place that on the record as we get close to election. In the next few days, we’ll look at such things as third parties, interesting races, and fearless predictions!

If so that is very ironic because there is evidence that the Obama administration Geo-engineered this storm in order to give him an advantage. 🙂
