The sore loser Democrats were just sent packing from an ill advised whine fest to the courts. Senator McEachin, the chief loser in the case needs to drink his sour grapes in the corner by himself and accept the verdict from the voters.
The court just tossed McEachin on his ear.
How could a legislator and an attorney seriously believe that the courts should trash the concept of separation of powers and decide who gets what committee chairmanship?
The Lt. Governor is already the designated arbiter.
I suppose the only tactic left for the Democrats is to leave the state to avoid the will of the people. A cowardly move.
