Oh my! Bill Janis is on the receiving end of a Ray Allenesque mailer. You know the ones. Except Allen usually has little or no basis in reality when he sends out his vicious mailers (as Bill Janis well knows being a long time friend and client of party defector Boyd Marcus and Ray Allen.)
So what is it that has Waffle Willie’s pants in a bunch?
These:
“Waffle Willie” Janis knows how to play the game. He is was a willing accomplice in walking out on a tax hike that had been killed so that the Speaker could get it to the floor and pass it. Now the Janis Flying Monkey’s have told me that they were somehow the “victim” here because some of the Republicans were supposed to vote against the Mark Warner tax hike on the floor and they changed their votes. But the bill was tabled in the committee, which means that it was dead. Period. Why on earth would Speaker Howell ask 4 Republicans to stay away from the Committee the next day so the bill could be resurrected and sent to the full house? The Pilot wrote (in the link above) that 17 or 18 Republicans were in favor of the bill. Add that to the 35 Democrats and all I can say is the Howell Whip Count was wrong and the paper got it right. But still, the tax hile was dead until Janis decided to skip the Committee meeting. And no matter how loud he whines, he owns that.
Waffle Willie Janis loves to toss up his voting record that he has carefully cultivated to allow him to claim he is a Conservative, but he learned what he knows from Eric Cantor and Ray Allen. When you look at the votes he failed to cast as well as the ones he did, the “conservative” facade starts to fall off.
You can vote for or against things, but sometimes the vote not cast is the killer. Janis wants credit for his votes, but he is also accountable for the ones he missed and allowed bad thing to happen.
Before you vote for the Establishment Cantor / Allen machine candidate Bill Janis, you need to ask him to pledge that he will not abandon his party like he did in 2011 and that he will actually show up and vote against tax hikes and for 2nd Amendment issues. And stop turning his back on the people he is supposed to represent.
Waffle Willie can be very sneaky.

Is this the same Dunnavant that violated her patients’ medical confidentiality? What perfect choices…
Yes that would be the same Dr. Stolle- Dunnavant who hijacked her OB-GYN medical practice database to send out a campaign newsletter to seek donations, volunteers, and VOTES.
Unbelievable- You think she will vote for Ethics Reform in the General Assembly?
She apparently missed that ethics class in Medical School while she was out on Maternity leave having all those kids during her training.
It’s a shame the lengths some folks will go to try and hoodswankle their readers. All the citations are linked to generic articles in which Bill Janis is not even mentioned. As if that weren’t enough, the quote attributed to Bill Janis is not actually from him in any of the articles. Not everybody is going to agree with, or even like, Bill Janis. I respect that and understand it. Would it kill the purveyors of this publication to be straight with the people?
There are no links on a cardboard mailer. Just the mailer itself. And I have no idea which quote you are talking about or which articles. There are no links. Period.
