This is a list released by the American Socialist Party in October, 2009 listing the current members of the Socialist Party of America Caucus who are members of Congress. (H/T to Before It’s News and Conservative Byte.)

While this is not exactly a new revelation, it is something a great many people have not seen. Some of the members have been defeated, retired, or are otherwise no longer members of Congress.

But what is important to know is that one of the members of the Socialist Caucus – Xavier Becerra (CA-31) – was also one of the people named by Nancy Pelosi to the new “Super Congress” and is one of the people charged with cutting government spending. This is an absolute outrage!

So when President Obama demands compromise and RINO Republicans like John McCain agree, let’s just keep in mind exactly who or what is being compromised. Because these 70 people are not interested in the same vision for America that most of the rest of us are.
