The first lie Began by these people , Jim Shipley stating Cookeville only joined ICLEI in 2010. That’s the first lie. The city of Cookeville joined 2000-2001 when Womack was mayor. I have a hard copy of what I am telling you and its in ICLEI s’ own words. This hard copy shows Cookeville donated tax dollars in 2009. I have also learned this is United Nations agenda and all of these addresses are the same. Agenda21 is also a part of this stuff . These people have , rails and trails , bike paths, going green ,nineteen mile bike and walking paths, mr mills in the last four weeks stated a buzz word and this city is on a 2030 plan.
These people are amazing . I have noticed in this Putnam county three cities Cookeville, Monterey, Baxter are reworking depot. Baxter and Monterey are building new Depot from ground up . No real passenger trains , only on special days is their a passenger train and travels a very short distance.there is not enough passengers to pay for the fuel. 2005 a bond was issued to Putnam County , Algood ,Monterey , Cookeville. This 2.5 million project will run from Cookeville to Monterey.
James Mills – Cookeville planning Director stated ,”this is all in our urban growth boundry.
I looked this one up and it’s prt of Agenda21 United Nations program .then their the green power providers program. So, I am treating this like these people are lieing to us. Please let me know just what you think.
