Guest Post by Elwood “Sandy” Sanders, Esq. – A Hanover Attorney
Today’s (August 15, 2009) Richmond Times-Dispatch cites one of its headlines as saying:
“Testimony May Slow Evidence Testing: Va. Forensic Examiner Subpoenas Triple After High Court’s Ruling.”
But the best part is this:
“Ken Cuccinelli, the GOP candidate for attorney general, deserves credit for being one of the first to draw attention to the consequences of Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts.”
It is great to see one so concerned about public safety. I encourage all those who are in public safety or have a loved one in public safety to consider Cuccinelli’s candidacy.
