This is from a special email from Tom DeWeese (Oh my the way, Tom is doing better according to that email!) and it points out three Virginians for special honor:
The battle in the Virginia legislature was unlike any other I have ever witnessed. Anti-Agenda 21/property rights activists waged an incredible battle to expose and stop covert Agenda 21 legislation, while heavily pushing property rights protection. Some of the losers in this fight were the Virginia Farm Bureau and the Virginia Association of Counties, both of which showed their true colors by aligning with the big government forces. While not completely successful in winning the legislative battles, activists like Tricia Stall, Carol Stopps and Donna Holt (to name just a few) have succeeded in building a strong state network which is already laying the groundwork for electing upright candidates across the boards. The Virginia model should be duplicated nationwide.
I concur and I am pleased to see our Commonwealth and its people rising to fight ICLEI and Agenda 21. When we fight smart, we win. RAH for Tricia, Carol and Donna!
