WHAT SHOULD BE THE RON PAUL 2012 SLOGAN? PAUL WILL BE AN IMPACT IN 2012!

There is a posting asking this question on the Daily Paul (BTW, I recommend the DP for keeping up with RP and liberty issues) and my answer was:

RON PAUL 2012:  The R3VOLUTION CONTINUES

The “3VOL” would be done like the 2008 slogan.

I believe that the 2008 slogan has become in effect a trademark – a trademark for liberty and restoring the Republic.  Now millions more know that we need Ron Paul now more than ever (I know that was Nixon’s 72 slogan!  LOL!)

Ron Paul WILL BE an impact in 2012!  Don’t take my word for it:  Try these two stories.

The Fix by Chris Cillizza at the Washington Post had a poll on Iowa for 2012.  (I would caution my readers that these polls are but a snapshot of the political landscape at the time.)  The results were:

Mike Huckabee – 22%

Mitt Romney – 18%

Newt Gingrich – 14%

Sarah Palin – 11%

RON PAUL – 5%

Disappointing?  Maybe a bit.  But it’s a start.  Iowa is not a libertarian friendly state.  Huckabee did win the caucuses in 2008.  We have some time to build that up to a better result.  I also suggest Romney will be significantly hurt by his Massachusetts healthcare plan (see my prior blog entry on this) and caucuses will favor organization on the ground.

The other story is a poll from The Hill’s Ballot Box indicating that Ron Paul as an independent candidate would have an impact on the November 2012 race.

Obama – 42%

Romney – 36%

Paul – 13%

This would mean that there would be a powerful argument for including RP in the debates – key to any indy candidate.  (I would say that I would not and do not support Paul running as an independent due to the high possibility that the split vote would ensure the President a second term.)  However, again, this is encouraging as it shows a base of support for Cong. Paul and his ideas.

Stay tuned…

There are better numbers out there for Ron Paul, like the one that was done about him in a head to head race with Obama. The numbers you posted may net give fence riders enough reason to look deeper into RP’s platform and learn how much they agree with him. I suggest you always include some links to the many great hard hitting RP videos, so those that still don’t know him can hear his words straight from him.

Slogan: Ron Paul WALKING TALL IN 2012! or Revolution!- back to the Constitution! or Less government, MORE RON PAUL!

(LIVE FREE OR DIE TRYING) MY SLOGAN !!!! HERE IS AN IDEA THAT US AMERICANS SHOULD REALLY LOOK AT. WE SHOULD HAVE VOTING OPENLY,,,,HAVE BOOTHS SIDE BY SIDE FOR EACH CANDIDATE RUNNING, LIKE EBAY HAS A COUNTER EVERY TIME SOME ONE VISITS YOU AUCTION, PUT YOUR SOCIAL SUCURITY NUMBER IN AND THE COUNTER CLICKS OVER ONE. EVERY ONE WILL SEE WHO’S WINNING RIGHT THEN,,NO WAITING TO SEE WHO WON IN YOU TOWN.. THIS WOULD STOP ALL VOTING FRAUD INSTANTLY….CAUSE EVERY ONE KNOWS, ANY THING DONE IN SECRET IS TO HIDE THE TRUTH…..
