Once again, ICLEI nailed itself in one of its own documents: This Delegation Briefing (here’s the copy from ICLEI website) for the what appeared to have failed (Praise God!) Rio+20 Summit has several things where ICLEI is clearly conducting foreign policy on behalf of its members: ICLEI Rio+20 preparations and advocacy ICLEI has decided to [...]

I am not switching from Paul to Gingrich (although I think he needs to stop discussing Iran period!) but I am glad to report that a candidate for President is acknowledging the existence of Agenda 21 and will fight it! Here’s the story! One of the things that is popping up, for example, is Agenda [...]

Thanks to the anti-ICLEI FB page and patriot Rob Sowdon, ICLEI was beaten back in Lane County, Oregon! I know the minutes of an official meeting are rather dull. (We go back to December 1, 2010.) But several observations: ICLEI apologists tend to say, it’s no big deal to join. No obligations. But this report [...]

These new TSA screenings are the best case scenario for terrorists. Even better than successfully bringing down airplanes. The object of terrorism is not the direct effect it has on the poor souls whose lives are taken, it is the fear and disruption and economic impact these attempts have that is the desired result. There [...]

Birds of a Feather Remember last week or the week before when it was being reported that Fidel said that the Cuban economy doesn’t work? Well just like a leftist, he’s back pedalled from that position, since like all good leftists, lying is second nature. Just ask Obama. The Cuban economy is in shambles and leftist apologists are working to get sanctions removed before Fidel and his brother Raul have an unhappy encounter with the people they betrayed. Fidel said what he said, but now disavows it as it is proving to be a bit uncomfortable for him. Frank Calzon at the South Sentinel lays out the scene. Cuba, once the largest sugar producer in the world, is now importing sugar for their own needs. That is yet another symptom of the Cuban government’s command and control economy, something that the…

How do you define a failed presidency? Until now, the gold standard of presidential failure was Jimmy Carter. His main failing attribute was his ineptitude. The man was simply in over his head at every level. The United States has suffered many presidents rich in mediocrity, but none so clueless as Carter. Until now. Barack [...]

Five weeks into the oil rig disaster and the best President Obama can do is force his underlings to attempt to rewrite the events. The mandatory administration catch phrase “we were there from day one” is spewing from the mouths of Obama’s spokesmen and apologists faster than the oil in the gulf. Yet everyone knows that Obama was not there. And he’s still not there.
