WILL HUNTSVILLE and BIRMINGHAM follow the NEW ANTI-ICLEI law or WILL THEY DEFY IT? OR GO TO COURT? Maybe the SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER will defend the Alabama ICLEI cities!?
