Well, before getting to the answer for that question, I probably need to tell you who Ciro Rodriguez is.  Basically, he’s Pelosi’s lackey in southwest Texas.  He’s a Democrat Congressman, hailing from Texas’ 23rd Congressional District (until Quico Canseco beats him in November, anyway).  You might recall that about a month ago, he went nuts and slapped a table when a constituent challenged his lack of understanding of Obamacare, which he had voted for. It may be that that video is having more far reaching effects on his campaign than Ciro is letting on.  His campaign web site seems to have gone belly up.  Click on cirorodriguez.com and see…nothing.  Well, other than a generic page that’ll eventually pop up with helpful instructions on how to build a web site in minutes!
