Is Obama Heading For a Tiananmen Square Incident in America?

Since the 1960′s, Americans have expressed their First Amendment right to free speech in great numbers previously unseen. Civil right’s protests, Anti-War protests, anti-abortion protests, pro-this and anti-that protests. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the
States respectively, or to the people.

The 10th Amendment neither adds to nor subtracts from the US Constitution. It simply gives any politicians that would subvert the constitution with laws a heads up: Federal powers are limited.

GOP forces vote on constitutionality of health bill

What a move by the Republicans!

So, do we have freedom of choice or not? Democrats believe strongly in the Constitutional “right” for a woman to chose to have an abortion, but the mandatory requirement that everyone purchase health care really does not give us much of a choice about our health, now does it?
