As we pointed out a few days ago in a post, Acorn had threatened to file a law suit against Andrew Breitbart, James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles for exposing Acorn in the child prostitution and money laundering scandal that may very well be the death of Acorn. We reported that the threat was actually a plea for help to the Obama Administration and Democratic supporters. The threat was, in filing the suit, Acorn would be subjected to a grueling Discovery process that will no doubt lead to many more news headlines and possibly indictments of Acorn officials and supporters, many of whom could be Democratic Party leaders.
