The Stimulus is a failure, despite what President Obama and Vice President Biden are saying. Obama said if we pass the stimulus, the unemployment rate will remain below 8%. We at nearly 10%. The real unemployment rate is at 16%. We are still losing jobs faster than we are creating them.
