It’s hard to follow the beautiful and eloquent Sonny Johnson, the fiery Jamie Radtke or the informative and inspirational AG Ken Cuccinelli but somebody had to! It was me (I also followed a wonderful VCU student who supported Israel but also mentioned the dreaded “scum-bag lawyer” [I knew he did not mean me!]) and I [...]

Even with the GOP landslide on Nov 2, the mood of the country is still one of skeptic and distrust. That was pretty evident this afternoon when a article in The Hill proclaimed that Rep. Cantor wanted to keep certain parts of the current Health Care Law. This, of course, went completely against what the [...]

Actually, I first heard this on Doc Thompson’s Show on WRVA Radio: At 7:00 p.m., The Mechanicsville T.E.A. Party will sponsor a multimedia presentation and discussion, “Understanding Church and State”, with Hanover attorney and liberty activist, Elwood Earl “Sandy” Sanders, Jr. What is the origin of Thanksgiving? Does the Constitution REALLY say “separation of church and [...]

“We exceeded our fundraising goal, thanks to you” was the message last night from Jamie Radtke, Chairman of the Richmond Tea Party group. As Ms. Radtke took the stage, she was greeted with thunderous applause and a standing ovation for the work she is doing to bring sanity back to government.
The Marriott crew had to bring in extra tables to accommodate the extra guests who exceeded the projected attendance numbers. Everyone got a seat and all were fed, despite the oversell. Of course, the Richmond Tea Party was prepared for the larger than expected crown and made arrangements to add extra tables in advance of the event.

The integrity and sanctity of Virginia’s electoral process is broken and we want to see it fixed.
The right of every legal citizen to vote is the cornerstone of our constitutional republic and if people lose faith that elections are fair or the results are being manipulated, then the legitimacy of the entire government is in question.
The court has ruled twice against the VA Board of Elections for failing to mail ballots to 2,000 of our fellow Virginians serving in the military overseas with ample time for them to vote in 2008.

If you live in Richmond, Doc is the Conservative compass and a driving force behind the movement to take our country back. Doc is on from 3PM to 6PM weekdays and is the reason I pull into my driveway and sit there many afternoons listening to my radio.
