The integrity and sanctity of Virginia’s electoral process is broken and we want to see it fixed.
The right of every legal citizen to vote is the cornerstone of our constitutional republic and if people lose faith that elections are fair or the results are being manipulated, then the legitimacy of the entire government is in question.
The court has ruled twice against the VA Board of Elections for failing to mail ballots to 2,000 of our fellow Virginians serving in the military overseas with ample time for them to vote in 2008.
