Ok. It looks like Senator Frederick Quayle has officially voted himself onto the RINO list (Republicans in Name Only). I hope the good people in the 13th District are going to plan Quayle’s retirement party next year. It is not too early to start thinking primary challenge if this endanger species does not go quietly into the good night. Virginia’s own version of Pennsylvania Turncoat Arlen Spector. What an embarrassment.
