Parentalrights.org reported it to the email I get (with 48,000,000 other people!) on good news on the latest UN Treaty, the Convention of the Rights of Disabled Persons: CRPD: Stopping the Runaway Train After the hearing, several of our staff stayed in D.C. to visit once again the offices of the members of the Senate [...]

These two articles found on Real Clear Politics show the threat to the US that the European Union is. The first article makes a eloquent plea that the euro will survive but maybe not the EU. This is great news for liberty and the United States. Though it is not too late to save the [...]

Next time someone says, Ron Paul has not won a state yet, show them this article from a local MN newspaper (The Pierce County Herald): Paul’s campaign swept all the delegate and alternate slots in Congressional District No. 2, which south metro suburbs and CD 4 which is St. Paul, Ramsey County and the east [...]

While bills banning ICLEI have been introduced in several states, the best effort was quietly done in Arizona. The Senate and a House committee have voted to prevent the state and all its political subdivisions from implementing the Rio Declaration (That’s where Agenda 21 comes from!) and it bans ICLEI in Arizona! It passed the [...]

Update – 1-18-2012 – The RNC Document condemning Agenda 21 is posted at this link. I reported yesterday about the RNC resolution against Agenda 21 that actually mentions ICLEI as the agency implementing Agenda 21. I got GOOD NEWS! The anti-Agenda 21 resolution was unanimously, yes without dissent, PASSED! RAH! (If my family weren’t here [...]

Governor McDonnell has really done a wonderful job turning around the miserable hand he was dealt by former Governor Tim Kaine. We now have the second surplus in a row. Virginians are happy to have a surplus, but if the State is simply going to spend it on other things, then the news is no [...]

The Denver Post reports that the Broncos are entertaining trade deals for official starting QB Kyle Orton: Orton has made it clear that after posting the two best seasons of his pro career, throwing 41 touchdown passes against 21 interceptions for the Broncos, he doesn’t want to serve as backup to the unproven Tim Tebow. Some encouraging news on UKIP! As my readers know (I see you waving in London!), I was concerned about the UKIP turnout in the May 5 local elections. Turned out the party exceeded expectations – elected its first Mayor in Ramsey (this means they won control of the local counsel!) Lisa Duffy is a [...]

It is great news to hear that Cong. Ron Paul is running for President again. Steve Kornacki at Salon is excited about the prospect: The biggest winner may be political junkies, who will probably find the coming GOP presidential debates far more interesting with Paul in them, especially when the subject turns to foreign policy. I [...]

I want to urge all my readers with ties to Virginia Military Institute to let the school know their feelings – respectfully of course but forcefully. Why? Because there was a ICLEI-sponsored event at VMI – YES the Virginia Military Institute – at the Preston Library of VMI – on April 7, 2011: Are you [...]

Box Office Mojo reports that the explicitly Christian (how you like that adverb/noun combo!) major motion picture Soul Surfer has grossed over $21,000,000 as of today and may reach $25,000,000 this weekend! That puts the lie to the idea that faith-based movies have a limited at best niche market. Mojo also reported that The Grace [...]

In the wake of THREE more huge victories over the unconstitutional ICLEI, it is great news to report that Commissioner Richard Rothschild is coming to Richmond on April 6! I have received a report via the anti-ICLEI FB page that a county in California, Amador County, has “cancelled” their ICLEI contract. Both the Gold Country Patriots and the Mother Lode Tea Party have this on each of their websites. I have asked the Mother Lode TP for more information. This would be great news, [...]

Wow! This is great news. The Senate Republicans AND Democrats have tied President Obama’s hands as far as making any more of his horrible “emergency” appointments during the recess. More devastation was in store for Americans as Obama was sure to make his now customary and sneaky appointments in this manner as soon as Congress [...]

I finally made it to the Mechanicsville Tea Party tonight at the old East Hanover firehouse. I was expecting ten or maybe twenty committed activists there; the place was packed – nearly every seat was filled. Perhaps 90 or so. I was recognized by one of the organizers as the “blog guy” who had been [...]

This lady is pretty gutsy for having the courage to criticize the President to his face. This Obama voter is tired of defending this President and his policies. If only she had been paying attention to the warning signs PRIOR to voting. This is the kind of person who won’t necessarily flip to the other side of the aisle, but it’s good enough for her to stay home on election day. Incidentally, didn’t this woman get the great news? The recession ended in June 2009 according to the National Bureau of Economic Research. Happy Days are Here Again!
