Remember a short while back when President Obama was caught lying? Ok, not about Health Care, the banking bill, or one of dozens of other cases. But when he slipped out of the White House to attend, ahh hem, a Soccer match his daughter was in. Only there was no soccer game? And laa the mainstream media dropped it? Obama decided to use the EPA because Cap and Trade is bogged down. EPA based their action on the questionable accuracy of the East Anglia climate data.

Ken Cuccinelli believes the EPA has a political agenda and it must be stopped. This is why he file suit.

Cuccinelli also filed suit in Federal court against the Obamacare bill that is now law. Congress exceeded it’s authority to require citizens to purchase Health Care.
