Welfare is supposed to be there to give recipients the basic needs support and enough to get by until they can get back on their feet. Unfortunately, that is no longer true. Liberals have been enriching welfare so much fo so long that if you fall on hard times and need a little help to [...]

Obama Budget ‘Plan’ to Starve Military Children and Veteran’s Widows

Logic dictates that if the budget proposed by Congressman Paul Ryan (R-WI) will starve the elderly and toss them out of nursing homes by cutting money from Medicare and Medicaid, then cutting Military Spending will have the same effect on the children of those poor soldiers deployed in the growing number of wars Obama is [...]

Obama’s Chickens Come Home to Roost on Wisconsin Teachers Union

Obama’s Chickens We Tea Party folks tried to warn them. But the lemmings at the unions followed their leaders over the ObamaCare cliff and finally realize they are falling. On Monday President Barack Obama released his latest budget, another financial mess that adds to the national debt while raising taxes as well. SANDY’S FAVORITE DEMOCRAT MAY RUN AGAINST REP. PELOSI!

It’s now official:  Sandy’s favorite Democrat – Cong. Heath Shuler of NC is running against Cong. Nancy Pelosi for minority leader. ObamaCare Fallout: Walgreens says no new Medicaid patients as of April 16

Doctors have already started to refuse to take the paltry pittance from the Federal Government, and now the Drug Stores are cutting off the elderly in preparation for the changes in payments and losses that pharmacies will when the Health Care “Reform” is shoved down America’s throats.

This means that Walgreens will not have to raise the price of my prescriptions to subsidize the massive cuts Obama plans to force upon the elderly. Which means my premiums will not go up. We all need to shop for Doctor’s that refuse Medicare if we want to keep our premiums down.

ObamaCare Bill Now Irrelevant – Uninsured Now Unemployed and on Medicaid

It looks like the Democrats went all in on Health Care Reform for nothing. White House aids say they see an extended period of unemployment. They don’t expect further job losses, however, and believe an average of 100,000 jobs per month will be created this year.

Problem is, these are all Federal Government jobs. Census jobs to be exact. The Wall Street Journal said:

The job market will receive a fleeting jolt next year [2010] when the U.S. Census Bureau hires more than one million workers for its 2010 count.

Why Obama Will Not Fight 10th Amendment Legislation Passed By States

My recent post Be Gone Obamacare. You Have No Power Here requires a bit of followup.

Obama and the progressive Socialists want the States to allow their citizens to decline to purchase Health Care.

Confused? Here is why that is a true statement.

Obama does not want these millions of uninsured people to buy insurance from private insurers. He is happy to see 35 states battle the Federal Government with legislation that he will never challenge.

The only reason the mandatory purchase section exists was to bribe the Insurance Companies. Give them several million additional healthy insured in their risk pool and they will do well. Pre-existing – no problem. Paying more to make up for the pittance doctors are paid by Medicare and Medicaid? Cool!
