The Obama administration and Leon Panetta discovered a “secret” program to kill Al Qaeda at the CIA. Out of his new found sense of appeasement that would make Neville Chamberlain proud, the president decided that the “secret” plot to kill Osama Bin Laden and his minions is just too harsh.
