“If they hold firm…things may be changing for the better in Washington.” ALEXANDRIA, Va. – ForAmerica Chairman L. Brent Bozell III today released a statement in response Speaker John Boehner’s opposition to replacing any of the spending cuts in the sequester.  “Finally, Speaker Boehner and the House Republicans are starting to sound like a majority,” Bozell said. “When [...]

THIS is OUTRAGEOUS! The MARK of the BEAST lookalike OUGHT NOT be in any US SCHOOL! This OUGHT to encourage UNBELIEVERS to REPENT, TOO – JESUS is coming AGAIN!

Thanks to the Louisiana Conservative Dot Com (louisianaconservative.com) we have this chilling report from Calcasieu Parish (Lake Charles) Louisiana. Apparently, this local elementary school has decided to implement a system to ensure that each child gets proper credit for lunch bought in the school cafeteria.  It was so startling that I needed confirmation.  Here is [...]

ICLEI PRESIDENT OPPOSED to FREE PRESS: The New American

There is a great article in the New American about ICLEI and here’s an interview with ICLEI President (and former city council member in Vancouver, British Columbia) David Cadman: When asked by The New American at Rio+20 about the growing U.S. opposition and Alabama’s latest prohibition in particular, ICLEI President David Cadman seemed perplexed. “I [...]

SANTORUM says NO to UN TREATY on rights of disabled! If you HOMESCHOOL a disabled/special needs CHILD – some judge can say that is ILLEGAL!

I was pleased (thanks to parentalrights.org) to report that former PA Senator and Presidential candidate Rick Santorum has expressed his opposition to the UN Treaty on the Rights of the Disabled: Rick and Karen Santorum said: “The ultimate responsibility of all parents is to care for your child, a responsibility that only takes on added [...]

VICTORY OVER ICLEI AGAIN IN OKLAHOMA CITY: THE NEW AMERICAN! UPDATE! OKC IS OUT!

The New American, the magazine of the John Birch Society, reports that the capital of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City, has left ICLEI!  I seek confirmation of that from a local official; however, I regard the New American’s report as reliable as Oklahoma City is no longer on the ICLEI member list and they quote one who [...]

A POLITICAL HERO MOST OF US DO NOT KNOW – ERNEST C. MANNING

If I told you there was a state governor with 25 years experience, led his state in economic expansion caused by the discovery of resources, had not a hint of scandal in government, and was a strong follower of Christ who even spoke on the radio on Sundays about the Bible, what would you say?  [...]

McConnell Comments on House-Passed Bill to Prevent Default

Ok, I really don’t like the idea that this bill “prevents default”. If the government shuts down, we still have money. Defaulting on the debts will be a choice by the President, not an inevitability. And the task before Congress is twofold. Protect the credit rating and keep the government running. Simply borrowing more money [...]

LOOKS LIKE WE’RE FINALLY GETTING NOTICED! (JUST AS I FIGURED!)

One of my many places I look at for anti-ICLEI stuff had this interesting pro-ICLEI article with this title: “Tea Party Opposes ICLEI and Sustainable Development in Cities” I have told people off blog for some time that the surest sign of our efforts having an effect is there will be articles (I was expecting [...]

I LOVE THE SMELL OF NAPALM IN THE MORNING!! ITS THE SMELL OF VICTORY

Over the last year or so, in between the brush wars of the 2009-2010 election cycle, I have kept an eye on the actions taken by Senator Jim DeMint of South Carolina… and I have been impressed. What I have witnessed over this period is a that Jim DeMint is an unapologetic, dyed in the wool, Ronald Reagan conservative, even when its inconvenient. He has done whats right, even in the face of opposition from his own party. He has supported, through his Senate Conservative Fund , and personnel endorsements a host of CONSERVATIVE candidates for the US Senate, including, Marco Rubio…

9-12 Washington DC 2010 Edition

The 2010 edition of the 9-12 Rally in DC was, at a distance, very similar to the 2009 version; patriots attended from all across the nation, the wore colorful clothing and carried very witty signs. The numbers didn’t quite match last year but given many who might have attended were just in DC on 8-28 at Glenn Becks Restoring Honor Rally, the turnout was impressive. What struck me most was the notable difference between ’09 and ’10. In 2009 the throngs of concerned citizens marched to our capital to let their elected officials know that they were not happy with the fiscal irresponsibility of the Federal government, their dissatisfaction with the stimulus bill and their opposition to the proposed Obamacare bill, Cap & Trade and Card Check. Today …

Senator McConnell Spanks Al Franken

During Senator McConnell’s speech today, Al Frankin was acting like a two year old, mocking McConnell. Read about the exchange on Politico: When Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell laid out his opposition to Elena Kagan’s Supreme Court nomination, someone in the chamber appeared to be moving around in his chair, gasping and rolling his eyes. DC SHOULD HAVE REPRESENTATION BUT NOT LIKE THIS

Real Clear Politics is reporting that the DC representation bill is dead for this session of Congress.  While I am pleased this bill is dead, I am not pleased that DC hs no representation.  Many years ago as a YAF leader I opposed the constitutional amendment that would have given the District two senators and a [...]

A Tackle Box Full of Race Bait

Jonah Goldberg has an outstanding article on Real Clear Politics.

Of all the poisonous, ugly, and intellectually vapid controversies ginned up in my lifetime, the current breakout of St. Vitus’ Dance over the “racist” opposition to Barack Obama may be the most egregious.

Obama The Great Divider Sets New Record In Strongly Disapprove Catagory

According to the latest Rasmussen Poll, 42% of Americans now strongly disapprove of President Obama’s performance. The poll also shows 47% overall approval to 52% overall disapproval, which reflects Obama’s dismal performance as President.

Obama, who has proven to be a dividing force in America, continues to mount unsustainable debt on the country with most of the treasury raids seen as payback to left wing groups like Acorn and union thugs.

Sarah Palin On Health Care

I join millions of Americans in expressing appreciation for the Senate Finance Committee’s decision to remove the provision in the pending health care bill that authorizes end-of-life consultations (Section 1233 of HR 3200). It’s gratifying that the voice of the people is getting through to Congress; however, that provision was not the only disturbing detail in this legislation; it was just one of the more obvious ones.
