Last week I posted a rather scathing indictment of the Virginia TEA Party movement in general here and here concerning the aftermath of the Republican Primary in which a former TEA Party leader lost to the more mainstream Republican Candidate. There is no doubt that the TEA Party movement has lost some steam (and relevance) since [...]

While bills banning ICLEI have been introduced in several states, the best effort was quietly done in Arizona. The Senate and a House committee have voted to prevent the state and all its political subdivisions from implementing the Rio Declaration (That’s where Agenda 21 comes from!) and it bans ICLEI in Arizona! It passed the [...]

There appears finally to be the kind of revolt that the EU elites fear – that people will finally ask the question: What’s in it for our nation to be part of the EU empire? The answer is not much. It appears that the German Bundestag (Federal parliament) is in revolt over the latest bailout [...]

Apparently, the UK ruling Coalition did something right: They are allowing parliamentary debate on any issue where an electronic petition with 100,000 names on it is submitted to the MPs (and assuming it meets certain criteria). The first such debate may be over capital punishment in the UK. (The Young Turk Kwasi Kwarteng said he’d [...]

I told my readers that my next blog entry would be exciting – and it is! James City County, a county near Williamsburg is debating their affiliation with ICLEI: James City County Board of Supervisors Chairman Mary Jones said Tuesday that she’s uncomfortable with the county’s affiliation with an international sustainability program and she wants [...]

Kenneth C. Boyd, Republican supervisor and brave voice against ICLEI and Agenda 21, will run for reelection for a third term. He should be reeelected and if he can get one more anti-ICLEI voice on the board, he can pull Albemarle County out of ICLEI: Boyd has asked at two recent board meetings that Albemarle [...]

Who is racist? TEA Party? Give me a break. This video exposes the worst kind of black hatred imaginable. This black woman refused to help a farmer because he was white! Shirley Sherrod was the Director of Rural Development appointed by President Obama – and it was her job to help this man. But because [...]

The latest Rasmussen poll shows that GOP nominee Sharron Angle has a significant lead among Nevada voters and has strong Republican support despite attack ads and distortions of her record. Her lead is eleven points; Angle has 88% support of Nevada Republicans and a significant lead among independents: “Despite their hotly-contested primary,” says Rasmussen, “Republicans [...]

First the good news: Real Clear Politics cites the WSJ in re conservative support for GOP Senate nominee Sharron Angle: Well, a new poll out by Rasmussen shows Ms. Angle jumping to an 11-point lead over the incumbent, thanks to solidifying party support. Eighty-eight percent of Republicans support her compared to a mere 68% of [...]

This must be devastating news to Pelosi and Obama. They seemed so sure the Tea Party represented the far right fringe of the Republican Party. They really wanted them to be. They really needed them to be right wing bigots.
How horrible for them to find out that just under half of these people they insulted are Democrats and Independents.

Rasmussen Reports has an interesting take on their Party Affiliation survey. While their conclusion that membership in both parties is down, the decline for the Democrats has been rapid since 2008, indicating that many who became Democrats during the Bush presidency have now become unaffiliated again, with those identifying as Democrats shrinking to the lowest numbers since the poll began in January, 2004.

The Liberal Media spends so much time and effort attempting to marginalize the Patriotic efforts of those of us who have had enough of the monster we have been feeding called Big Government that they can’t see the forest for the trees. The “In the Tank” Media, or “Tankers” as they are called, truly have no idea who members of the Tea Party really are. Oh, they have high hopes that the Tea Party will become a third party and siphon votes away from Republicans. But those that believe that truly do not understand the movement at all.
