This Bloomberg op-ed piece shows that there is a glimmer of hope for the UK to leave the EU. Usually, what happens in these “Europe” referenda, we have the business community (especially the banks), rock stars, community leaders, supermodels probably too, and of course the Tweedledee and Tweedledum political parties all united to support whatever [...]

I just wrote about how the OSCE sent election observers and alleged that the USA had a duty to accept them in! But every time I find globalist meddling, there’s a UN treaty! It’s like a scorpion under a rock! So I decided to look at the last report or two from OSCE about our [...]

The Council has spoken, the votes have been cast, and the results are in for this week’s Watcher’s Council match up. Remember when the left claimed that pathetic attention whores like Cindy Sheehan had ‘moral authority’ and were beyond any criticism of their motivation or tactics because a loved one had been killed? And [...]

This activist, Robert Kecseg, in Irving, TX had the right idea! He went to staff first, was calm, did not call people names, mentioned the political aims of ICLEI, made the point is that a city council cannot be joined with a organization like ICLEI with a narrow political agenda. Kecseg cited the quote about [...]

Part I Preface: Apparently, some Virginia Right! readers on the right are confused by the video and writeup of my visit to Kanawha Plaza and my characterization of what I actually found to be true. The article was intended to be true investigative journalism. As such, I reported exactly what I found and attempted to [...]

Attack of the NGOs By Tom DeWeese One rarely hears of it. Few elected officials raise an eyebrow. The media makes no mention of it. But power is slowly slipping away from our elected representatives. In much the same way Mao Tse-tung had his Red Guards, so the UN has its NGOs They may well [...]

It’s official: Rep. Ron Paul is in the race! Are we ready to rumble? We’ll see. There is that little matter of 10,000 signatures on the ballot in Virginia but he did it twice before and we’ll do it again! (One official HINT: Get petition signatures on election day at the polls – most people [...]

I am enjoying a quiet moment at work and I turn to the French Film Festival insert in Style Weekly. When I think of French films I think of lots of subtitles, a sexy plot in a steamy flick, maybe an unholy thought or two. What I found instead was this on the schedule for [...]

The New York Times reported yesterday, “The Senate Republican leader, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, on Wednesday questioned the ability of Elena Kagan to serve impartially as a Supreme Court justice, seizing on notes scribbled on a page when she was working as an adviser in the Clinton White House that suggested she supported changes in [...]

Rich Neilson for Ken Cuccinelli:
Obama decided to use the EPA because Cap and Trade is bogged down. EPA based their action on the questionable accuracy of the East Anglia climate data.
Ken Cuccinelli believes the EPA has a political agenda and it must be stopped. This is why he file suit.
Cuccinelli also filed suit in Federal court against the Obamacare bill that is now law. Congress exceeded it’s authority to require citizens to purchase Health Care.
