The Washington Times reports that Democratic Candidate for Governor Creigh Deeds admitted yesterday that some of his own views have changed since 1989.
Republican Candidate for Governor Bob McDonnell has said that since writing that thesis in 1989, his life experiences have changed his views on many of the items in the 20 year old paper.
