Honestly, when is Obama going to admit the screw ups are his fault? He puts incompetent people in positions of authority as payback for helping him, with no regard to their ability.

Then when things go wrong, he blames Bush, Cheney, or someone or something else. On the few issues that that tactic has failed to work, he has said “the buck stops here”. A meaningless phrase if there is no consequence.
