Folks, I don’t know how else to categorize this but we are living in a dying country. Only 88,000 new jobs were added last month when we were expecting more like 188,000. The unemployment rate, because of this terrible statistic, is down to 7.6% because so many people are no longer counted as if they [...]

This is an absolute travesty. As our elderly citizens scrimp and save to make ends meet, President Obama stole $719 Billion from MediCare with his massive new tax plan ObamaCare just to make his books balance. No doubt this will transfer MediCare dollars from elderly Americans to pay for, in part, illegal aliens health care. Shame on [...]

Two Republican Senators killed a bill today that would have allowed Virginia to dismiss bad teachers who are harming our kids. It is nearly impossible to get rid of bad teachers in Virginia’s schools due to a contract that forces the state to jump through more hoops than the private sector to fire a bad [...]

Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney has been lucky. He has escaped the big guns of the media for the most part in this, the 5th year of his Presidential Campaign of 2008 2012. And for those of us not impressed with Mitt or his apparent anointing by the Republican Establishment, it comes as no shock [...]

How is it that you lose a game and only move down to third in the BCS standings? It happens if you are Alabama. (And some of my readers know I am an proud Bama alumnus [Law '83] and died slowly through that game Saturday!) Here ls the report on the BCS standings from FoxSports: [...]

According to Reuters: Israel and Gaza’s Hamas Islamist rulers have agreed to swap hundreds of Palestinian prisoners for the lone Israeli captive soldier Gilad Shalit, resolving one of the most emotive and intractable issues between them. It is a shame that hundreds of potential terrorists will be released, but after such a long time, it [...]

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. In a post earlier today,we displayed a picture of President Obama bowing to the Emperor of Japan. It is, indeed, a sad day when the symbolic head of the United States bows to foreign leaders. The message is clear: America bows to you.
The symbolic shame from the event aside, I feel a bit of sorrow and anger for my Black friends. I honestly cannot name even one that would bow to anyone. The sad chapter in American history that saw their ancestors enslaved are lessons that are not easily forgotten, nor should they ever be forgotten.

It is a shame that some of the sub par blogs are unable to deal with being questioned. Especially when they know they are wrong.
