While I wouldn’t call it a RINO (Republican In Name Only) watch list, the Virginia State Republican Senators listed below voted in favor of
SB 517 Wireless telecommunications devices; prohibits talking on such device unless in hands-free mode.
On it’s face, the bill seems a reasonable infringement on Virginian’s rights, but like so many of these intrusions on our liberties, this opens the door to far more intrusions aimed at protecting us from ourselves.
