Former President BUSH defends NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND! His rationale is EXACTLY WHY NCLB is BAD!

There was an interview with former President George W. Bush about No Child Left Behind.  A discerning reader might decide to vote for Ron Paul instead: Here was part of the answer to the question about the effectiveness of NCLB: First of all, I am extremely proud of the effects of No Child Left Behind. DNC Chairman Tim Kaine

Poor Timmy Kaine Still Out Of Touch – Does Not Understand Utah

Former Richmond Mayor turned Virginia Governor and now Democratic National Committee Chairman Tim Kaine still does not understand the conservative trend happening in America.

After a resounding thumping in the Gubernatorial elections in Virginia last year, most people in his position would have seen the writing on the wall. Not Tim Kaine. Governor Bob McDonnell ran one of the most Conservative campaigns in a long time. The Democratic Party tried to use his Conservatism to paint McDonnell as a far right wing radical. The Democrats attempted to portray Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli as an even more radical right winger. Both won by large margins.

Boehner: GOP could pick up 100 seats

Things are looking pretty good for the GOP and pretty bleak for Democrats.

House Republicans could win 100 or more seats in this fall’s elections, House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) said Friday.
Boehner said he believes there is no seat that the GOP cannot win during this election cycle, judging by Sen. Scott Brown’s (R) improbable win in January’s special election in Massachusetts.

The Only Monument Needed to Describe Ted Kennedy's Life

Kennedy Monument for $68 Million? I Got His Monument Right Here!

Brian over at Bearing Drift has this story about a monument to the late Senator Teddy Kennedy.

On July 19, 2009 the 40th anniversary of the Chappaquiddick “incident” passed with hardly a notice by the press. Kennedy was a cowardly, drunken womanizer and the results of his actions cost Mary Jo Kopechne her life.

Ronald Wilson Reagan

DC Crippled On Ronald Reagan 99th Birthday. Coincidence?

February 6, 1911 was a day that will always be remembered by Conservatives as the day Ronald Wilson Reagan was born. Ever mindful of the dangers posed by the left wingers, especially the progressives, he led the way to freedom and liberty. He reminded us of the foundations upon which this country was founded. Ronald [...]

Scott Brown Wins!

Media Outlets Have Totally Different Views On Significance Of Brown Victory

It is hard to say exactly what disease has infected liberals’ minds.

A REPUBLICAN OWNS TED KENNEDY’s SEAT.

Let me repeat that:

A REPUBLICAN OWNS TED KENNEDY’s SEAT.

The significance of that statement ranks right up there with The Sun Has Gone OUT.

Hope and Change Gives Way To Disappointment In Obama

The Honeymoon may well be over for President Obama. The traditional meaning of Honeymoon is one cycle of the moon – less than a month – where the newly wed couple drink mead, a fermented honey. It is supposed to increase their fertility.

The Obama Honeymoon has lasted quite a while. Far longer than his predecessor, President Bush. Much of the media still has the “tingling” sensation which Chris Matthews conveyed in a man crush moment at MSNBC.

While it is doubtful Obama has been consuming mead, many opine that his zombie like followers have been sloshing down copious amounts of Obama Kool-Aid. Many seem to have at least lowered the dosage of late. High unemployment, war still raging – even growing, the economy in shambles, and for the first time in recent memory the liberals in Massachusetts are close to moving towards the Republicans, most likely due to Health Care Reform and the way the Democrats have handled this much needed reform gone awry.

Joseph Kennedy Running In Massachusetts Senate Race For Ted Kennedy Seat

How cool is that? Long time Democrats still have the option to vote for a Kennedy to replace Teddy. And aptly named Joseph Kennedy no less, sharing his name with the Patriarch of the Kennedy family.
How many Mass. Democrats will venture to the polls and vote for a Kennedy as they have for all these many years, instead of Democrat Coakley.
And won’t they be shocked when they find that this Joe Kennedy is not related to Ted Kennedy, or any of the other members of the political dynasty. In fact, this Kennedy is a Libertarian.

You Stay Here While I Swim and Get Us Some Universal Health Care

Below is a hilarious, tongue-in-cheek look at the hoopla the Democrats are generating surrounding the death of Ted Kennedy. While the Liberals are exploiting Kennedy’s death with a memorial filled with more meaningless drivel than a Senate filibusterer, hoping to use his death to advance their takeover of Health Care, David Burge, The Iowa Hawk uses humor to counter some of this exploitation.

Vatican Offical: Here in Rome Ted Kennedy is nobody

“Here in Rome Ted Kennedy is nobody. He’s a legend with his own constituency,” says the Vatican official. “If he had influence in the past it was only with the Archdiocese of Boston and that eventually disappeared too.” Some say the final sunset on the Kennedy name within Catholic halls of power was the Vatican’s decision in 2007 to overturn the annulment of the first marriage of former U.S. Rep. Joe Kennedy, the eldest son of Robert Kennedy. The successful appeal by Joe Kennedy’s ex-wife Sheila Rauch, an Episcopalian, was another blow for the Kennedy image in Catholic circles.

Obamacare Now KennedyCare?

Senator Ted Kennedy, prior to his death, was a leading proponent of Government Provided Health Care. Ironically, the plan he advocated would have simply given him some pain pills and sent him home. His brain cancer was incurable. His doctor said they could shrink the tumor, and perhaps add a short bit to his life, but there was no cure.

Happy Anniversary Teddy Kennedy

Funny how the 40th anniversary of the death of Mary Jo Kopechne slipped by the Main Stream Media yesterday. It was 40 years ago this morning when Kennedy’s overturned 1967 Oldsmobile Delmont 88 was discovered in Poucha Pond with Mary Jo’s body inside.

Ted Kennedy, known for his wild partying and excessive drinking, left a party for the “Boiler Room Girls” that had helped his brother Bobby’s Presidential campaign, and apparently swam to safety and went home, abandoning his car and Kopechne’s body and failing to call police.

Mark Sanford, Please Pack Your Bags!

You let down the Republican Party, South Carolina, your family and your God. As a Christian, you have broken your vows between you and God. You have proven most untrustworthy at the very core of your foundation. You have made a mockery of marriage as an institution and have caused irreversible pain and suffering in your wife and children. You abandoned your state to have a fling with your mistress. And at a time when your party is trying to regain the trust of the public and refine the message of morality and Conservatism, you spit in the face of every Republican, many of whom that were entertaining the idea of helping you run for the highest office in the land. You have given Democrats, who like nothing better than to point to Republican leaders that profess morality and family values only to do something disgusting and immoral, more ammunition. The entire party suffered from your “indiscretion”.
