I have already posted on the fact that I cannot support Corey Stewart for Lt. Governor and now I call on the TEA Party Federation to rescind their endorsement. The letter below shows the same thing my research turned up about Stewart and the reason that, in spite of the endorsement by the TEA Party [...]

Wow. They call this monstrosity of a tax increase – $6.1 billion – the “Transportation Bill”. But only 57% is supposed to go to transportation. And we all know how “secure” that spending will be. There is no lock box. So as Bob McDonnell sends email after email trying to convince people that bigger government [...]

Virginia House Bill 2048 stinks to high heaven. Agenda 21 – the United Nation’s plan to control land, sea and air is now well on the way to becoming law as it passed the “Conservative” House of Delegates. Consolidation of water quality programs. Moves several water quality programs currently administered by the Department of Conservation and Recreation to [...]

Say it ain’t so! The word I am getting is that Republicans in Richmond have made a deal with the devil – in this case Senator Donald McEachin – to allow a gay activist who wants to promote the radical gay agenda and will have no problem legislating from the bench – to a Virginia [...]

Virginian’s only have two choices in tomorrow’s primary. And that is an absolute shame. The “establishment” Democrats and Republicans have stacked the deck to give the best possible chance to the “anointed” candidate of either party and make the bar nearly impossible for anyone else. If Virginia Republicans had their way, Mitt Romney would be [...]

UPDATE: December 28, 2011 @ 5:20 PM I wrote this post about 45 minutes ago criticizing RPV’s decision to remain silent on this issue without offering an explanation of what transpired. I know Chairman Mullins and quiet is not something he does well or often. And I rarely take issue with his leadership positions, this [...]

Yesterday’s chain of events has Republicans buzzing. First, Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, who has become a folk hero among Conservatives had a bombshell of an announcement when it was disclosed (somewhat prematurely) that he plans to run for Governor of Virginia in 2013. Word is, he planned to make the announcement next week, but the [...]

I am looking forward to these debates. We have 5 really strong candidates running to face the Virginia voters in 2012. The first challenge will be in a primary contest with the winner moving on to face the Democratic Party nominee. Please make an effort to attend a debate near you! This message is from [...]

Here’s an awesome paragraph from the Esquire article I cited in the last blog: The Republican leaders who are putting on this show have been as startled as the rest of the country at the sudden potency of once marginal ideas. But to the kids, it’s obvious. This is Ron Paul’s moment. He’s been warning [...]

Barack Obama said “We won!”. And while Virginia Republicans would not be as crass as President Obama, res ipsa loquitur. And the Republican victory in Virginia last November was both a landslide and a mandate. The people have spoken. Democrats are out of touch and the conservative message was well received and reflected by the voters.
And because Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli is doing the job the people elected him to do, Democrats Donald McEachin and Jennifer McClellan pull out the race card.

Bob McDonnell and Virginia Republicans are now completely vindicated for turning down the $125 million in Federal stimulus money to expand unemployment benefits. Taking the Federal dollars required states to increase the unemployment benefits paid out weekly, extend the length of time one may draw benefits from 26 weeks to 59 weeks. It also added laid off part time workers to the dole for the first time ever.
