Richmond Tea Party is hosting:
Thursday, May 5th, Richmond Tea Party will join with national conservative figures Kevin Jackson (theblacksphere.net) and Joe Wurzelbacher (aka “Joe the Plumber”) for an all-day event in Richmond. This is Kevin and Joe’s first stop on their “Ebony & Ivory Two Nekkid Heads Tour,” which their website deems “the tour that will UNITE America” (2nekkidheads.com) as they travel the country to help bring different communities together under the common purpose of working together for a better America.
The activities kick off with a breakfast at Brooks Diner, 1600 Brook Rd, Richmond at 7:30 AM and end with a dinner at Lucille’s Southern Cuisine, 1203 N.Laburnum Ave, at 6:00 PM. The dinner will also feature a town hall type forum during which Kevin and Joe will speak and take questions from the audience. No subject, however controversial, is off-limits. As vocal advocates for the Tea Party cause, Kevin and Joe will bring a lively experience to the city of Richmond.
“We’re thrilled for the opportunity to be the first stop on what will be a unique trip across America for Kevin and Joe,” said Richmond Tea Party president Eric McGrane. “We deeply appreciate their efforts to help unite all Americans, no matter their backgrounds, and diminish some of the political polarization we’re now experiencing. The more we stand united, the stronger We the People will be able to work together to improve our communities for all citizens.”
The entire tour is being financed solely on the generosity of Tea Party supporters. If you would like to donate to the cause, please do so at 2nekkidheads.com/richmond/. For full event details, visit richmondteaparty.com/ebony-and-ivory-tour/.
