For the last few years, the Mechanicsville TEA Party has been meeting on Wednesday nights. While attendance is always good, a lot of the members find that the Wednesday meetings conflict with Church Services the same night. (You know how we all cling to our Religion.)
This week, on Thursday February 7, 2013 the MTP will be showing a video America, the Story of Us :
A riveting adventure of how America was invented. It focuses on the people, ideas, and events that built our nation, covering 400 years of American history in the most extensive and in-dept television series ever produced by HISTORY. It brings the story to life firsthand through patriots, frontiersmen, slaves, abolitionists, and pioneers.Thursday night’s program focuses on the Revolutionary War that birthed our nation. Come to refresh your memory on how our country was won.
