Here is a tiny “island” of truth in this sea of lies!

A retired friend of mind recently called President Obama “stupid” while talking on the phone recently.

This got me to thinking, is it true? Is this President “stupid”?

Well, I considered the previous President, Bush 43. Would he have ever been elected Gov. of Texas and then President, without the family name, money, and his dads “good ole boy network”?

Then look at Mitt Romney. Did George Romney, the money, influential friends, have anything to do with Mitts rise to fame?

We will never know. Certainly didn’t hurt having those tools available, now did it?

Then, we take a poor black kid from Hawaii, from a broken home. No famous family name, no money, no network of influence built up over many years by the family. Raised by his grandmother. No nothing.

Somehow, this man is able to overcome all these obstacles, and rise to the office of the most powerful man in the world. And you think he is “stupid”?

It would be interesting to know how the people who think President Obama is stupid, would define genius or brilliant?

The world media, the Republicans with all their hatred and money, could not find one bit of corruption to stop his rise. Nope. Nothing. They have been trying for about 10 years and got absolutely nothing.

Recently, “they” appear to have given up on finding anything and have gone into the “creating” something phase. But that is another story for another time.

So, next time that you look into a mirror, ask yourself this, “if President Obama is stupid, then why is he President of The United States, and I am not”?

Ok, so you think he made it to President being stupid, where does that leave you on the intelligence ladder?

Also, if you believe any self-made man is elected President while being stupid, what are you saying about the majority of America who elected him? Twice?

Hatred and ignorance are alive and well in America!

  2. Gene says:

“I’m glad the president has such great compassion,” Paul commented, “because he’s admitted, like a lot of other individuals who are now elected to office, that at one time he made mistakes as a youth. And I think, ‘What a tragedy if he had gone to prison….American would not have gotten to see Barack Obama as a leader.’”

Quote from Rand Paul, September 18, 2013. Finally a Republican speaks the truth about something.

Nothing is more conservative than a republican wanting to get their majority back. And nothing is more liberal than a republican WITH a majority.
