Well, all set up and ready to blog live from Downtown Richmond on a beautiful evening. The early portion of the event is about one hour away and the volunteers are putting the final touches on the trimmings.
All 3 local Television Stations are here with live remote setups.
The early birds are picking out the benches, shady spots and close in areas to wath and listen.
A number of people have drifted in and the crowd is beginning to thicken.
