The latest Rasmussen poll shows that GOP nominee Sharron Angle has a significant lead among Nevada voters and has strong Republican support despite attack ads and distortions of her record.

Her lead is eleven points; Angle has 88% support of Nevada Republicans and a significant lead among independents:

“Despite their hotly-contested primary,” says Rasmussen, “Republicans  already appear to be solidifying behind Angle–who now earns 88 percent support among voters in her party. Reid draws 68 percent support from Democrats. Voters not affiliated with either party prefer Angle by 10 points.”

Angle also is beginning to draw financial support as well.  She reported on her webpage nearly a million dollars in contributions since the primary.  This are good times for Ron Paul supporters and Tea Party members.
