Sandy will try to be there! Come see one of the Commissioners who started a national movement – ICLEI OUT OF US! Commissioner Rothschild will show us how sexy and crucial local government can be!
Elwood "Sandy" Sanders is a Hanover attorney who is an Appellate Procedure Consultant for Lantagne Legal Printing and has written ten scholarly legal articles. Sandy was also Virginia's first Appellate Defender and also helped bring curling in VA! (None of these titles imply any endorsement of Sanders’ views)
Please enjoy this website for plenty more information on Commissioner Rothschild!
Watch the video of him in action! You will love having him in your circle!

Thanks for the blog entry; it’s great to be a blogger! However, I strongly disagree with the viewpoint of the carroll in chaos blog but not knowing enough about local issues in Carroll County I cannot refute it. I am sure Commissioner Rothschild can, though!
This blogger shows his/her true colors in its rendition of ICLEI – it did save money – the dues paid to this unconstitutional anti-American organization. It also is s step for liberty.
Please feel free to come again and submit an article – but I’ll have Commissioner Rothschild have a chance to counter it.

I’m pleased that you took a look at the site, Sandy, just to see that there are opposing/alternative views. Here is another:
http://www.commonsensecarroll.com/
Being a resident of Carroll County it appears to me as though Common Sense Carroll is none other than the former sustainability director Neil Ridgely. Neil got Carroll County into the ICLEI and is miffed because he was let go and the current set of commissioners left the ICLEI.
The opposing views referred to are those of government control over private property and social re-engineering. If you support government dictating where you can live, what size/type of home you live in, the density of housing, subsidized housing, control over your mobility, etc. then you would be for the ICLEI.
The simple truth is you are either for private property rights or against them. I am all for private property rights and reject the collectivist doctrine propogated by UN Agenda 21 and the ICLEI.

Keep up the good fight and don’t be discouraged. Tell all the voters you know about what is going on. I am open to coming up to Carroll County (It is the home of one of my many heroes Whitaker Chambers) to speak or perhaps help.
