From that pro-gay media sourceagain we have two strong conservatives who might be in a bit of trouble.  One is a icon in the Commonwealth:

District 13: Qarni, Marshall

Republican Del. Bob Marshall has built a reputation during his 22 years in the House of Delegates as a fiery opponent of LGBT rights. Following the repeal of ”Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” Marshall introduced a bill to ban out gays and lesbians from serving in the Virginia National Guard. Virginia’s constitutional ban on any recognition of same-sex couples bears his name. Marshall also spearheaded the ultimately unsuccessful effort to derail Thorne-Begland’s judicial nomination. Marshall has been elected by wide margins, but was given areas with larger numbers of Democrats in the last round of redistricting. He faces Democrat Atif Qarni, who earned an EVPAC endorsement for his support of same-sex marriage and workplace protections for LGBT employees.

I received an email from Bob saying he may well be outspent on this race.  Help him out if you can.  The other is a good acquaintance of mine who I respect very much:  Del. Rich Anderson:

District 51: Heddleston, Anderson

Republican Del. Richard Anderson won election in 2009 by 269 votes, ousting Democratic incumbent Paul Nichols. He was unopposed in 2011, but this year faces off against Democrat Reed Heddleston, a former Air Force pilot and a businessman, who has proven to be competitive in fundraising. While neither candidate has been endorsed by EVPAC, Anderson has largely opposed LGBT-friendly bills and was among the 28 Republican delegates who voted against Tracy Thorne-Begland’s judicial nomination. If Democrats are to gain a foothold in the House of Delegates, their success will be dependent on flipping a number of swing districts similar to this one.

Please help Rich, too.

    Nothing for Bob!

Hard Working Conservative Del. Bob Marshall

Abandoned by his own Party for refusing to sell out to big business!

Bob is a working mans candidate. He will not sell his soul to big business. That is simply not acceptable to the Republicans, see below for the proof.

Just look at the Republicans in Virginia. Republican Bob Marshall, has been made RADIOACTIVE by the Virginia Republican Party leadership, and the Dominion Leadership Trust PAC. No money for a great delegate/candidate like Marshall.

But then look at another NOVA candidate, tax raising Barbara Comstock (HB 1930), an undercover lobbyist in disguise, who has sold out to big business. Hundreds of thousands in PAC money from tax raising Republican Speaker Howell’s PAC for Comstock, but were is Bob’s? Ten’s of thousands from the Virginia Republican Party, but where is Bob’s? Tens of thousands from the Speaker Howell campaign! But where is Bob’s? Where is Bob’s?

Wasn’t Comstock given permission to vote no by Speaker Howell, on HB2313, the largest tax increase in Virginia history because of the election?

Nothing for Bob equals nothing for the working man or little guy!

Now maybe you can see why I turned Democrat. Vote for freedom! Vote Democrat in November. McAuliffe-Northampton-Herring!
