It is urgent if you are so inclined to contact the following delegates on the Studies Subcommittee of House Rules and ask them (politely of course!) to report the indigent defense study bill (remember it is amended to just study a statewide appellate defender’s office!)

So let ’em know – we need to expand indigent defense and this is a good vehicle to find out more about what we in Virginia can do and should do in that regard.
