Thanks to the Jefferson Area Libertarians! They joined the call for Albemarle County to quit ICLEI! Here’s the report:
Friends:
Please attend the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors meeting Wednesday, May 11, at 6:00 p.m. and speak against “Sustainable Development”
“Sustainable Development” encompasses an array of radical government actions including forced energy use reductions in homes, in order to stop global warming, etc.
John Munchmeyer is the head of the local libertarians. He asked his people to attend tonight’s meeting to protest sustainability and ICLEI.
Please contact your supervisor and tell him or her to break all ties with ICLEI, unsign the above documents, and jettison any participation in activities related to UN Agenda 21.
More and more Americans are rising to the ICLEI issue. If you feel strongly enough about it – run for your local Soil and Water Commission Director! Fight ICLEI and Agenda 21! Educate the people! If you get 25 signatures filed by June 7, you can be the GOP candidate. Or you can run with Libertarian support. Let’s do what the state Libertarian Party did – get Soil and Water Commission Directors elected!
