Several sources are reporting that former UN Ambassador John Bolton is about to leave Fox, maybe within days, almost certainly to seek the GOP Presidential nomination.

I still believe what I wrote several months ago:  Bolton can unite a number of all wings of the GOP – the national security faction of course, the establishment group, but also can reach evangelicals, tea partiers concerned about loss of sovereignty and even some libertarians.

According to the Washington Examiner, former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton could be leaving Fox soon as he ponders his future and a possible White House run in 2016.

“John Bolton may be next,” an unidentified source told the Examiner, adding that it will not be a surprise if Fox parts ways with the former U.N. ambassador.

“He just wants to stay at Fox as long as possible,” the source told the Examiner’s Eddie Scarry.

Bolton is my surprise choice.  I sincerely believe he can win.  If he emails me – or his people do – I plan to be at the ready for his campaign.

One Response to “THIS WOULD BE GOOD NEWS: JOHN BOLTON in 2016”

  1. I don’t know that I like him – I admire him and appreciate his perspectives. I don’t know that I’d vote for him. What would our economy look like? Civil Liberties? Taxes? Spending? Debt? I know only his foreign policy perspectives.
